As the extent of our country open to out to be further, enterprises will face keen competition to promote enterprises' key competitiveness, operators play decisive soles, it is important to how to incentive operators of state-owned enterprises and arouse their enthusiasm. Salary is the most important incentive way at present. How to design and implement a practical compensation system which can better fit development of the enterprise is a crucial task with top priority for the enterprise, and which make us stare it at our faces to bestir the operators.This paper investigates thoroughly the current compensation and inspiration of subsidiary companies' operators in LT Group company, between guidance of rational of the compensation system and related incentive theories and investigation report of the operators' satisfaction of subsidiary companies, by the deep study of the present practice situation of compensation and inspiration of subsidiary companies' operators in the company, it points out that the mainly existent problem is operators' compensation structure is irrational, lack of long-term inspiration mechanism, operator achievement appraisal isn't scientific , lack of abdication safeguard and so on. It neglects the influence of salary to human capital, neglects sub-enterprises operators' satisfaction and so on , analyzes those problems and causes existed in the system. and put forward one optimization plan that suited the present situation of LT Group subsidiary companies' operators based on related theories, By qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as other ways, by correlation analyze and design to realize the optimization of operators' compensation and inspiration of subsidiary companies' operators and give some suggestions on execution of the new compensation project.The article is divided into five parts. firstly, to explain the background and significance, and to choose essential method, mentality of this research as soon; Secondly, to study the basic theories and significance of enterprise operators' compensation and inspiration, clearly point out the direction on function of theories to the salary inspiration system ;Thirdly, by the deep study of the present practice situation of compensation and inspiration of subsidiary companies' operators in LT group company, it points out that the mainly existent problem of the subsidiary companies' operators compensation pattern ;Fourthly, on this base, proposes one concrete plan that suited the present situation of LT Group subsidiary companies' operators; At the end of the thesis give some advices to guarantee the implement of the compensation project.The design and study against the compensation and inspiration of subsidiary companies' operators in LT Group Company, this system will efficiently carry out the formations of inspiration and bonding system in the company, and increasing of the advantages of the human resource. So study on the article is the reference to the state-owned companies which are similar to LT Group Company.
