Research Of Teachers' Performance Management In Suzhou GY Institute Of Technology

This thesis launches a research to the teacher's Performance Management of Suzhou GY Institute of Technology with case studies, commencing from investigating teachers and analyzing the data obtained and designing the system adapted to the faculty management according to the circumstance of the school under the PM theories.This article concerns about the present condition of PM and its necessity in the school and makes a further analysis of KPI in PM to draw a conclusion. In the meantime, this paper focuses on the target through bibliographic searching and integrating theory with practice and intends to gain an innovation and a breakthrough in the national administrative or institutional units with poor research on such item and even wishes to provide a lesson for similar schools in performance management. The text also demonstrates the shortages and the future study target in order to have a further study and a better practice in the same program.
