The Research On The Ethics Of Family Enterprise Of Contemporary China

The ethics of family enterprise is a series of special values, standards and principles about behaviour for adjusting, standardizing, and harmonizing the profits of family enterprise, emotional commnication and management action, which manifest as the interaction, accretion and optimum fusion between familial ethics and enterprise ethics during the development of family enterprise. Family enterprises of contemporary China, characterized by patriarchy, family-managed of property of enterprises, discriminatory staffing model, and the latent successive rules of father-to-son, confront with some contradictions and acute ethical conflict among the diffierence of the ethics between family and enterprise, relative closeness of kinship, market opening of enterprise development, and contradictions weighing of interest between individual and whole society. The connotation and extension and the contradictory structure and the cause of formation of the ethics of family enterprise are analyzed objectively and recognized scientifically, the basic frame of this paper comprises the reconstruction of the ethical order of family enterprise of contemporary China.The author believe that under the context of globalization of market economy, the key content of the ethical order reconstruction and the future historical responsibility of Chinese family enterprise comprise the transformation and reform which are based on the concept of the staffing model, income distribuion, the trust and the idea of the property right and the ownership of family enterprise, the view of justice and interests in the new situation.
