Human Resources Management is the core of the enterprise management, it is possible and necessary to talk about and scan the Human Resources Management in ethical perspective, because of the particularity of the content of Human Resources Management, which is significative to be discussed under the market economy condition. Human Resources Management ethics request not only comply with the law, but also should achieve high standards of social moral, the principle of humanism, right, equity and justice, openness, ethical caring and so on should be concerned in the whole process of Human Resources Management. The Human Resources Management should insist on humanism, value and realizing people, satisfing person's multi-level needs, enabling them to obtain more freedoms and develop personally, with the purpose of promoting common progress of corporation and staff.This paper uses content analysis method to study the characteristics of Human Resources Management Ethics in China, so as to provide some principals and ways for China Human Resources Management construction. The whole research mainly includes three aspects.First, the paper introduces the circumstance in Human Resources Management, discusses an existing taxonomy of classifying Human Resources Management ethical dilemmas, presents the role episodic model of Human Resources Management ethical dilemmas and does the analysis of the ethical issues of Human Resources Management System.Second, on the basis of the study results of homeland and foreign scholars, this paper forms its own analytical framework to study the Human Resources Management, which are the ethical value of humanism, right, equity and justice, openness, ethical caring. Then uses content analysis method to analyse 160 staff handbooks of enterprises, do the univarite analysis of variance and non-parmetric test, the results show that the interactive ettects between industry attribute and enterprise nature have no significant effect on Human Resources Management Ethics, but the Human Resources Management Ethics between State-owned enterprises, Private enterprises, Joint venture and Foreign enterprises are different.At last, through case study, the paper provides reference for other enterprises'analysis of Human Resources Management Ethics, on the basis of case study, the paper summarizes the lack and advantages of Human Resources Management Ethics in different types enterprises, jointing with five basic dimensions, proposes the basic path for ethic constrction of China Human Resources Management.
