In recent years, on the real estate industry as the country's macroeconomic policies have been introduced, the real estate industry in an increasingly competitive world. This makes the real estate industry in the competition because of land resources, financial resources, lack of human resources, already at a competitive disadvantage of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is more difficult. Second, the real estate business as a main supply market, the competitiveness of the evaluation has now become the most relevant issues of concern to all parties. How to assess the competitiveness of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, so as to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are given the scientific nature of the proposal is of practical significance.This article discusses the reality of the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises the status quo, the existing problems, a lot of external factors on the impact of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises factors. Introduces the concept of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to define and evaluate the competitiveness of enterprises in a number of theoretical and evaluation methods.Chapter III, Small and Medium-Sized Real Estate Enterprises impact of factors of competitiveness. A focus on small and medium-sized real estate analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises, from the general competitiveness of enterprises starting with the impact of factors, the real estate business with the impact of competitive factors, summed up the competitiveness of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises of the impact of factors.Chapter IV, Based on the level of analysis of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises of the evaluation.
