Study On Country-Side Information Development Of Shaanxi Province

Contemporarily, country-side information has become an indispensable tool of economic development in rural areas. Whether considering the strategic needs of economic development, or in order to solve the economic problems that exist in the operation, information of economy and society is a major issue to be settled down. Entering a new development stage of the "11th Five-Year Plan", country-side information has become a strategic choice of coordinating urban and rural socio-economic development and promoting new rural construction. As long as the deep going of market economy, country-side information construction has entered a new period of rapid development. Therefore, this thesis studies country-side information from a brand-new research angle.Faced with the rapid development of country-side information, Shaanxi Province must be in line with local conditions, develop the development strategy, build a reasonable information network system, and gradually solve the problem of rural information service, to speed up country-side information, modernization, promote the overall economic development of Shaanxi Province.Firstly, this thesis discusses the background, purpose and significance of the research. This paper summarizes the current study of home and abroad, expounds the thought and method of research, and points out the innovative idea.Secondly, the thesis introduces the basic principle of country-side information, information capacity and index system that calculating the level of country-side information development.Thirdly, this thesis discusses the development process of country-side information, uses index system which calculating the level of country-side information development to evaluate the country-side information status of Shaanxi Province, and comments the features of developing country-side information of Shaanxi Province.Then, the thesis analyses the advantage and bottleneck of country-side information development of Shaanxi Province, discusses development trend, goals, guiding ideology, principles of building, construction strategy of country-side information development. This thesis chooses development model of country-side information of Shaanxi Province, with focus on building a unified, resources sharing and efficient application of the network central platform which will be a provincial uniformed, standardized, unblocked information network system. On this basis, the development of countryside information of Shaanxi Province should be moderate and tiered advanced.Finally, this thesis discusses specific strategies of country-side information development of shaanxi province from strengthening multilateral cooperation to resolve financial problems, constructing a sound information network system, improving the rural information service system, decomposing the rural market and carrying out targeted marketing, guiding demand of farmers, improving the quality of agricultural information, developing new information, and so on.
