Supply Ability Evaluating Of Aerospace Enterprise

Supply ability evaluating is a new issue of management, many scholars study this spaces, its application in practice has got great achievement. This paper first analyzes the theory of Integrated Supply Ability Evaluating, then second by study on the integrate management of aerospace enterprise,linking up the Key Performance Indicator and supply ability evaluating together.This thesis takes the aerospace enterprise as the studying object, in this paper, the author takes use of many management technology and management theories and management analyzes, for example, Key Performance Indicator(KPI),SWOT analysis and so on. In text, the theory of Integrated Supply Ability Evaluating have been introduced firstly, especially the Key Performance Indicator and the method of supply enterprise evaluating. And then, the author talk with the leaders of aerospace enterprise and collect its actual situation in order to find the difficulty. From the point of view that aerospace enterprise as a studying object, the author set up the supply ability evaluating system of supply management which regards the KPI as the core, achieve win-win between the aerospace enterprise and supply, and introduce the application of Ability evaluation system as a military commodity example. In finally, the article analyse the Ability evaluation system, advances suggestion for the problems that appear in the process of designing and practicing,in addition the paper argumentation the experience of ability evaluation system.
