| As the flourish of the China economy, the amount of FDI increased evidently. Moreover, the FDI has set foot in almost every industry of China economy. In the face of the acceptance of join WTO, the degree of openness in our country will deepen further. We must give ours attention to the questions as follow: What effects will the FDI bring to the security of the industries? How far will the FDI impact our economy? How to keep away and deal with these problems? At present, and the study on the security of the industries in our country is also in its primary phase. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the impact of FDI brought to the industries comprehensively. It has the academic and practical significance for the utilizing FDI and vindicates security of the industries in our country.This dissertation analyzes the actuality of the security of the industries in our country from the four aspects as follow: the security of industry control, industry technology, industry structure. Then we choose the BP Neural Networks Model for Financial Crisis which has been used in macroeconomic warning. We choose 6 variables which interrelated with the controlling and development of the industry, and establish the warning index system of impact FDI brought to security of industry. Then we employ factor analysis method to select several main variables, and use the warning controlling principle to analyze relative data from 1993 to 2005 basing on the selective variables. In addition, we validate the veracity of warning according to clustering method. At last we let the warning index be the input variables and the integrative warning cirsis be the output variables. After we training the BP Neural Networks warning system, the network error accord with our demand. We use this system to estimate the risk of FDI impact our industry and forecast its development trend. Thereby, we propose that the FDI should be utilized reasonably and stick up for the security of the industries in our country. |
