The Study On The Financial Support To SME Technological Innovation

For a long time, SME is always the most vitality part of economy, it plays a very important role in promoting technical innovation. One of the reason of our country's SME technological innovation developing slowly is short of fund, so if we want developing SMEs technological innovation, we have to invest sufficient fund, which requires a lot of financial support.On the base of reading large number of domestic and foreign literature about financial support SMEs technological innovation, seriously studied the theory of financial support SMEs technological innovation, defined the concept of SMEs, technological innovation, and financial support, as well as the status and role of SMEs, the impact factors of technological innovation, the way of financial support in China. Deeply analyse the status and problems of SMEs technological innovation in China, using time-series regression model analyse the related factors of SMEs technological innovation. Divided the process of technological innovation into four stages-seed period, introduction period, growth period and maturity period and analyse the status of financial support and figure out the problems. Then compare the financal innovation and conclude the best financal innovation and figure out the problems of themselves. On that basis, draw on the experience of foreign financial support SMEs technological innovation; figure out the strategy of seed period, introduction period, growth period and maturity period of technological innovation.
