Supply chain is an effective cooperative mode among enterprises. With the globalization of marketing, the Supply chain is facing more and more challenges and opportunities, and this situation has made supply chain and its management a hot topic in the field of management science. This paper focuses on Virtual Supply Chain (VSC) which is defined as a kind of dynamic supply chain based on Internet, supported by technology supporting center with technology and service, for the small and medium enterprises. Based on the analysis and conclusion of a large volume of research at home and abroad, this paper discussed about VSC in these aspects: architecture of VSC, the operation mode of VSC, system of VSC coordination, and performance measurement of VSC coordination.First, making a summary of concept of VSC, theory of the project management, Agent technology, concept of performance measurement index system of VSC coordination and perform research.Second, combined with the concept, established the architecture of VSC. The characteristics of VSC operation and management are analyzed, and the operation mode based on project management and simplified Workflow management model of VSC are established.Third, the theory and technology of mufti-agent system are introduced into VSC coordination, the characteristics of VSC and multi-agent theory and technology are explained. The possibility of combination mufti-agent with VSC is described. The architecture of VSC coordination based on mufti-agent is also presented. Finally, A performance measurement index system of synthetic coordination of VSC is established, the measurement indexes involved are quantified. Then, this paper discusses methods of performance measurement of VSC coordination and their applications.
