Research On The Construction And Application Of Coal Industry's Supply Chain Collaborative Net Model

At present, China's energy industry has been formed into an energy production system of coal-based and multi-complementary; the production and circulation of the coal has played a pivotal role in the development of the nation's economy. Although China's total coal resources ranks the first in the world, but because the problems of a low level of exploration, economic recoverable reserves and a less per-capita, uneven distribution of resources, regional imbalance between supply and demand, serious waste of resources and so on, China's coal industry in fact faces a tremendous challenge, coal transportation, coal store and equipment procurement have become urgent problems to be solved in order to improve economic efficiency.Along with the economic globalization and network development, coal industry urgently needs to link sporadic supply points together, optimizes them and forms into supply chain collaborative management in order to reduce the joint costs of node interface enterprise , optimize the whole supply chain and improve supply chain efficiency. This paper studied the issue of China's coal industry deeply, analyzed the supply and demand situation and inter-regional coal transport situation of the coal industry in recent years which proved that collaborative supply chain is necessary for China's coal industry.The paper studied the trend of from chain to net of coal industry's supply chain in the network environment, established a supply chain collaboration model of coal industry, pointed out supply chain collaborative network implementation strategy of coal industry, gave an economic analysis and performance evaluation of the supply chain synergies and proved that collaborative model has operability in theory and practical in the end. At the same time, the implementation process and performance value of collaborative supply chain of coal industry have an important reference to China's other industries.The main results of the paper are as follows: First, on the basis of the situation of China's coal industry's supply chain management and combined with the study of supply chain collaborative theory, the paper point out the direction of China's coal collaborative supply chain management. Second, on the basis of bringing supply chain collaborative theory combined with the real situation of coal industry's supply chain management, the paper established a supply chain collaboration model of coal industry and studied the coal industry's collaborative supply chain management information Construction platform system, so that the coal industry supply chain management can meet the needs of the network and information period. Finally, the paper constructed a coal industry supply chain collaborative evaluation index system and takes time parameter into account to construct a multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the improvement of the present fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. At last, the paper selected a typical coal Enterprise Group of the supply chain to study.
