Research On Knowledge Innovation Mechanism Of High-tech Industry Clusters Based On Innovation Network

In the background of economic globalization, the High-tech industry clusters become a major driving force to promote world economic development. Its competitiveness depends on the knowledge innovation capability, and knowledge innovation capability depends on the quality of cluster innovation network. Therefore, study how to build an effective knowledge innovation mechanism from the perspective of innovation network.In this paper, the author divided the network into three levels: core innovation network, supporting innovation network and external innovation network, and pointed out that MNCs are important source of knowledge and have positive impact on High-tech knowledge innovation. Explain the influence of innovation network on knowledge innovation, based on the study of Nonaka's SECI model and knowledge innovation process of High-tech clusters, proposed different mechanisms for different levels of innovation network: knowledge-sharing mechanisms, cooperation mechanisms, and cross-border liaison mechanism, then study the interaction between the three mechanisms, and the role in knowledge innovation. Except the theoretical analysis, this paper demonstrated the viewpoints through empirical analysis by quoting the case of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. Furthermore, it discusses the cases' apocalypses for China's High-tech industry clusters.In the course of the empirical study, the research methods are questionnaires and interviews. First use the questionnaires to summarize China's High-tech industry clusters innovation status quo. Then select the object of the interview, make an outline of the interview. Finally, conduct site surveys and interviews.In a word, this study followed a thread of raise question- theoretical study-empirical study draw the conclusion". At first, studied the status quo of China's High-tech industry clusters, pointed out that changing into innovation cluster is the main task; Secondly, based on analysis of innovation network and the special nature of High-tech knowledge innovation, point out the importance of innovation network for knowledge innovation; Thirdly, proposed the knowledge innovation mechanism, and studied the interaction between the three mechanisms; Finally, selected Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park to verify and complement the theoretical viewpoint.
