Strategic Considerations On China's New Opening Pattern In Economic Globalization

Economic globalization has led China's economic development into the orbit of the world, and China's development is mean to be restrained and promoted by the constraints of globalization. Economic globalization is a double-edged sword, we must make the right strategic choice in accordance with the national conditions of China's economic development in the historical process of economic globalization if we want to promote our advantages and reduce our disadvantages. Executing opening-up policy is either the challenges posed by globalization or the only way of China's conscious integration into the globalization. In the past 30 years of reform and opening-up process, China has taken the initiative, progressive and the policy opening-up strategy, basically formed all-round, Multi-level, Wide-ranging Opening-up pattern, and the opening to the outside world has made great achievements which attracted worldwide attention. China has imported a large number of domestic economic constructions of much-needed financial and technical, and exports have become a powerful driving force of economic development, and practice of opening to the outside world has accumulated rich experience.At the same time, there are some inadequate factors across opening-up process, such as, the structure of opening-up needs to be improved, the breadth and depth of opening to the outside world needs to be extended, the level of open economy needs to be raised. Specific performances are lower level of risk in defense of the international financial in the opening to the outside world, foreign trade and international competitiveness is low, lack of co-ordination with the opening to the outside world and so on. In the 21st century, in particular after entry into the World Trade Organization, our opening-up is facing unprecedented challenges, how to build a new internal and external interaction, mutual benefit and win-win, safe and efficient pattern of opening to the outside world to adapt to economic globalization according to the new changes is a big problem, and the requirements by the 17th CPC National Congress should be considered by us. Based on the background of world economic globalization, this article mainly summarized the relationship between economic globalization and China's opening-up and the achievements from view of the accession to the World Trade Organization and the international financial. This part reviewed the history of China's going to economic globalization and reconsidered the problems existed in opening-up and evaluated the successful experiences objectively. And the article further analyzed the problems that exist in the opening-up, on the basis I discussed how to build new pattern opening-up pattern, and I raised some recommendations and thinking on this issue. This article attempts to address these problems for analysis, and is mainly divided into the following five parts:Partâ… : The evolution and interaction of economic globalization and China's opening up pattern in the historical process. This part is the background and basis of the whole article, which introduce the historical process of globalization and the evolution of the development of China's opening to the outside world and the mutual relations between the two from three stages such as reform and opening up, market economy principles established and accession to the WTO.Partâ…¡: The achievements and problems of China's opening up. The article is part of the key elements, by theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the method of combining, first analysis of the main achievements and basic experience of China's opening to the outside world, based on this lack of opening to the outside world to analyze, with a view to finding constraints of China's opening to the outside world and expand the depth the reasons.Partâ…¢: All elements of a pattern of opening to the outside world. In the second part of the case by case on the impact of China's all-round opening up pattern of the elements, collate and summarize these elements, finding entry points to solve the problem.Partâ…£: New pattern of Opening-Up with Chinese characteristics which adapted to the requirement of globalization. This part is also an important content of the article, which is divided into seven parts. This part tried to analysis the new pattern of opening with Chinese characteristics from some aspects that should be focused on such as foreign trade, finance, economy and security. The aim is to adapt to the general requirements of "Broaden and deepen Opening-up and prove the level of open economy".Partâ…¤: The countermeasures and suggestions on construction of the new pattern of opening-up. This part is the conclusion of whole article, which try to build my own countermeasures and suggestions on the new pattern of opening to the outside world on the basis of the above four parts. This part manly included the idea of building a harmonious world to the new pattern of opening-up, to promote the development of financial to open to the outside world, and so on. And in this part innovations are proposed.
