Research On Changing Of Chinese Economic Development Pattern Since Reform And Opening Up

Generally speaking, economic growth is a term used to describe the statistical data in the national economy and it normally focuses on the increase of quantity, while economic development not only represents the increase of material production, but also includes the optimization of economic structure, the improvement of people’s living standards, coordinated development of environment and the like. In the past thirty years, with the pace of reform and opening policy, China’s economy has been promoted remarkably by the continuously explore and practice. This grand policy helped the development of China’s economy to go on a right path which is reasonable and impeccable, and so far, China has achieved tremendous improvements on economic growth. At the same time, government and people attach great importance to comprehensive, balanced and sustainable economic development. The pattern of economic development is gradually change from focus on economic benefits to the economic and social development in an all-around way. The increasing improvement of the people’s material life level of national quality and spiritual outlook also refreshed. As a result we changed our aim from constructing a well-off society to constructing a comprehensive well-off society.It can be found that the economic development pattern is profoundly shifting by reviewing the improvement history since the reform and opening policy. The growth pattern of economy was changed from traditional planned economy growth to advanced market economy system. To summarize and learn from experiences during the last thirty years’economic transition is beneficial for researching China’s economic development mode. Currently, the confronting problem for China is how to learn from past experiences and promote the economy continuously with considerable sustainability based on the hodiernal national circumstances. This dissertation aims to summarize the experiences from the economic development progress of China and offer considerable proposals for the present economy situation.This dissertation was divided into six parts:First part was introduction, which included the research background, orientation, significance and the research actuality of economy development mode from different countries. Second part introduced the basic concepts related in this research. Third part reviewed the economy development process and achievements of China based on timeline, while existing problems of present China’s economy were concluded and summarized in the next part. Fifth part proposed advices for economy improvement transition corresponding to problems in the "New Normal" environment. The final part concluded the main viewpoints and looked ahead the future of China’s economy.
