The Innovation Research Of Nypro Quality Tracking System Based Upon Manufacturing Execution Theory

Under the trend of economic globalization and market globalization, our country enterprise is confronted with austere competition circumstances. We can know clearly from the trend of world manufacturing management pattern that enterprise behavior must chang towards from individual event, part improvement to synthetical, integrated optimization. Manufacturing Execution System(MES) being used to resolve the out of joint problem of producing plan and production procedure in entirety optimization mainly- This problem have direct impact to the enterprise efficacy not only for a long time, and become the bottleneck of restraining information integrationin in the inside of modern enterprise and supply chain optimizes between enterprises.This thesis base on the MES theories, adopt the method of system analysis that qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, and makes use of the related technique method of Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing synthetically. Through tracking and control production flow and improving product quality, we make the improving research of production line in Nypro company. Detail the MES implement process in mobil line. Through the analysis and optimization of production layout, process flow and line balancing, through core business analysis, line rebuilding, framework D&D of H/D and S/W, system function design and system running, we meet the goal of tracking from material to product, monitor production line and providing production data. It provides a sample for other same manufacturing enterprise reference in MES. At the same time, it also has high reference and certain instruction meaning to the domestic enterprise of implement MES.
