The phenomenon of reverse logistics has a long history, but be considered by the people in our social and enterprise only until recent years. The reverse logistics is not only conducive to environmental protection, but also to benefit the enterprises a lot. However, the additions of reverse logistics, the management of logistics systems become more complex. Because of the addition of recovery flow, inventory control strategy has been changed. Because considering order new products, while also considering the inventory will be supplemented by the recycle products, especially the recovery time, location, the recycle products quality and quantity are uncertain, the inventory management becomes more difficult.At present, since the lack of the reverse logistics management system theory in China, the demand of this theory is great. For this situation, this paper studies the theory of the order policies with reverse logistics for multi- kind of goods.In this paper divided the goods in to four parts: products recycle, component recycle, materiel recycle and junk recycle by the way we deal with. Consider with their different characteristics, to set up different inventory management policies. And use the example: electric equipment recycle, to analyze the cost of the inventory management system with reverse logistics, to express the complexity of the inventory management system with reverse logistics.In this paper, the hypothesis of these order policies with reverse logistics are for these goods which are stable demands and the inventory of these goods will be checked in certain time, and the cost of time to repairing the recycle goods are ignored; and the shortage of these goods is not allowed; last, the ones repaired and the ones new ordered are identical. And divide the recycle goods to two parts, the one is be recycled by certain rate, the other one is be recycled by probability (that is recycle date follows one kind of distribution. This article studies the date of recycle follows the Poisson distribution, the parameter is Lambda) Then research two ways of order products for these two parts mentioned above. The first one way is order all kinds of products together in same certain cycle. The second one way is order products in different cycle, and different kinds of products may be ordered together or not. Contrast these two ways of order products, we learn that the second one way can save cost, but the first one is easier to use.According to the conclusions, an operative way to manage inventory and make optimal order policy of multi-kinds products with reverse logistics have been given. It can improve the income of enterprise. While, because of shortage of practically data with reverse logistics inventory systems, whether the models and operation ways in this thesis are generally usable needs to be tested with practical inventory systems. Also statistical data can be used to optimize the models and operation ways.
