Formal Staffs of enterprises are research objects in this thesis.It is discussed that the present situation of the staffs' job satisfaction. and its correlations with the characters. The goal of this thesis lies in providing the reference for senterprises establishing modern enterprise system and enterprises' human resources management.Generally Speaking, Employee Job Satisfaction is influenced by individual personality and working trais, but there is much study on working traits and Employee Job Satisfaction at present, and there is less research of personality and Employee Job Satisfaction. Because character is the key composition of the people's personality, and it is the character in the ordinary meaning, too. So, the study of Employee Job Satisfaction based on character has realistic meaning.With the help of document, data, inquiry, interview and questionnaire, the paper carries out some researches on one hundred and thirty-nine employees from three companies .On the assumption that different charaters lead to different Employee Job Satisfaction degree, this paper designs a questionnaire and makes two tests in larger fields. The results of analysis show that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are higher, and character has effect on Employee Job Satisfaction.According to the research results, several pieces of advice were presented on improving the levels of Job Satisfaction.
