| With the liberalization and the globalization of international trade, technical barriers to trade is gradually replacing the tariff and the traditional non- tariff barriers, becoming the most thorniest matter in current international trade . The broad application of technical barriers to trade has had a profound impact. In a very long time, it has a bad effect on China's export trade, which has also had a considerable negative impact on the country's economy. In order to eliminate technical barriers to China's economic development, we should seriously analyze issues related to technical barriers to trade, and to take positive measures to break foreign technical trade barriers.In this paper, the structure is divided into basic theoretical research, model analysis, make policy recommendations three parts:First: the theoretical analysis, this part introduces the basic situation of technical barriers. In theories of technical barriers to trade, including the content of technical barriers to trade, the creation and development, the status quo and so on .Second: including Chapter 3 and Chapter 4, based on the previous theoretical analysis, this part builds equilibrium analysis framework to analyze the economic effects of TBT, and then it discusses the economic effects of TBT mechanism from the types of control, volume control, and price controls three different perspectives. Next it builds econometric model to empirically analysis the negative impact of the technical barriers, which proves the pre-analysis, and then analyzes this reasons of the results further.Third: in accordance with China's actual conditions and the results of analysis on game model, we should take some measures and recommendations in dealing with technical barriers to trade measures,and the government, industries and enterprises should all take some measures to break technical barriers. |
