Discussing On Resources Paths For Upgrading Open Economy

Under the influence of the economic globalization, trade liberalization and regional economic integration, any country who wants to improve its level of economy and to get more benefit in the fierce competition has to choose open economy. Only by this way, can it realize the development of its economy. But when it choosing this way, it has to face the problem that one day the resources will dry up.Resources is the foundation of everything including the economy. The resources in earth is limited, no country owns abundant resources, so if the size of population and economy is expanding without any rule,it will be difficult for resources to keep on supporting the high speed of our economy. That is to say, the inconsistency between resources scarcity and the development of economy becomes an important effecting factor in our society.After reforming and opening up ,China have gained a lot from the open economy. But the development of economy also bring up the problem of resources strained and the high burden for environment, which has become the stumbling block on the way upgrading open economy. So to expand the scale of open economy and improve its level is the main task for us now.To discuss on upgrading the level of open economy from the view of resources path has become an important subject, so it will be meaningful to get the optimal suggestion from the research.The framework of this article is to discuss the bearing capacity of resources firstly and then bring up the problem of resources scarcity, on the basis of that it analyzes three paths which can help to ease the pressure on resources, after that it gets the optimal way to upgrade the level of open economy is to exploit ocean resources, this will be the best choice for us now. At last, it makes a feasibility analysis of this new way to confirm the conclusion.The innovation of this article can be summed up as the following:Firstly, the topic has not been discussed ever. On one hand, there is no people defining what the upgrading open economy is, on the other hand, there is no literature which put forward the problem of ocean resources exploitation on the background of open economy.Secondly, the article provides a new viewpoint to discuss question. There is no literature to resolve problem of upgrading the level of open economy by the way of exploiting ocean resources.Thirdly, the innovation of research methods. The article adopts the method of combination theory analysis and experience domination, which makes the suggestion becomes more operational and novel.
