The Study On Strategy And Contribution Of China's Export Of Aquatic Products To The Growth Of Fisheries Economy

China is a big fishery country of long history, fishery plays a prominent role in the development of national economy and the world's economy. After the founding of PRC, the production of fishery has increased quickly, include economic value's development of the first, second and third industries of fishery ,all in all, the growth of fishery economy has important economic and strategic meaning. Take a wide view of the world opening economic system, under the current of economic globalization and regional economic integration, neither one nation nor one industry can exist out of this economic system. So is fishery, Whether the export of aquatic products is developed or not has become one of the important indexes of measuring the growth of fishery .After the open-door policy and the release of fishery price, the export of aquatic products have ranked top 1 for six times among the world, the target markets have extended year by year, export trade methods have improved, the processing extent has deepened. Aquatic products is labor-intensive, our country has comparative advantages on its production and processing, and the export of aquatic products plays a great role in the increase of fishermen's jobs and income, the development of industrialization of fishery, and is significant to the growth of fishery.As a country of big fishery, China isn't a strong country of fishery export. First, the export amount of aquatic products only accounts for about 5% of the total production volume, far away from the 37%-40% international average level, besides, this situation is not equal to the position of big fishery country, which produces 40% of the world production quantity; Secondly, there are still some questions existing in aquatic product's export, for example: the trade methods are not reasonable, product's structure is singleness, added value are low, the target markets are too serried, plus the questions of aquatic products safety. The protectionism of trade have increased, international completion is becoming drastic, contribution of China's export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy has been affected .This thesis aims to study the contribution of China's export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy. First, summarize relevant economic theories of fishery, growth of economy, contribution of export to growth of economy and analyze the status of fishery's growth, aquatic product's export; Then with traditional methods and modern econometric methods to further study the contribution of China's export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy and analyze its function mechanism with facts; Last, base on the conclusion of international factors and existing problems happens in the process of export of aquatic products boosting the growth of fishery economy, discuss the effective measures of strengthening the contribution of export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy. This thesis is divided into six parts, concretely be arranged as follows:Part1 namely introduction, mainly introduce background and meaning of this thesis, summarize dynamic state of research in and abroad, and introduce research contents and technique route, the innovation and difficulty of this thesis ,etc.Part 2 is guiding theories, which lays theories foundation of this paper. First, summarize fishery, fisheries economy and the export of aquatic products; Then, review the meaning and economy theories of growth of economy, and induce decisive factors of the growth of fishery; Thirdly, specify the basic theory which is helpful in studying this theme: theory on the contribution of export to the growth of economy which are studied from classical economic theory to neoclassic trade theory and to the modern international trade theory, and the relevant theory on the mechanism of contribution of export to the growth of economy.Part3 analyzes the situation of the development of fisheries economy and aquatic product's export, supporting the further studies by offering data and background description. First, discuss the growth status of our fishery on production and industry structure; then, further analyze the development of aquatic products including total export situation, export method and product's structure.Part 4 demonstrates and studies contribution of export of aquatic products to growth of fisheries economy. First, make use of traditional methods ( dependent ratio of export, rate of contribution , promotion degree) to analyze contribution of export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy; Then, use popular econometric methods(unit root test,co-inte gration, granger causal relation test,stepwise regression ) to study three sides contribution contribution to the growth of fisheries economy, which are total export, export method and export structure of aquatic products .Finally, based on educed results of the study, further to analyze function mechanism of the contribution of China's export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy,including the effect of industry correlation,the effect of compet ion, the effect of doing by learning ,the effects of comparative advantage and scale economy, the effects of human capital accumulation and system innovation, etc.Part 5 discusses the strategy of strengthening the contribution of China's export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy. Firstly, base on the conclusion of international factors and existing problems happens in the process of export of aquatic products boosting the growth of fishery economy, discuss the effective measures of strengthening the contribution of export of aquatic products to the growth of fisheries economy, according to the research results of Part 4 .Part 6 is concluding remark. This chapter summarizes the contents and main conclusions of the whole article, the direction of further study and the account of the shortages of the whole thesis.
