CEO is holding the balance not only in the whole society but also in every companry.Nowaways,people pay more and more attention to the just pay of executive.In order to inspirit CEO and aline their interest with the whole company,the compensation of CEO has become the focus of investigate.Because of the lack of this area, as well as bifurcation,therr is no mature unanimous theary and model available.Recently,researchers abroad discover that there is great deviation between executive compensation in many famous companies and there performance.Meanwhile,this deviation exist between executive compensation and employee executive.This problem arrest recerchers greatly. In light of factors, including the case study restriction, the paper develops the discussion of related problems from the dimension of the public companies in househole appliance,retail trade and real estate.Begin with discussion of justice ,this paper consider that justice management includes justice of result,process and intercourse; We should learn justice not only from the dimension of post,but also from compare.The empirical study in this paper shows that executive compensation injustice exist in the aera of househole appliance,retail trade and real estate. For each industry,the author select a certain compay as example.From the dimension of inter-justice and outer-justice,the auther discover that the instance of unjustice is presence.How can we judge the fairness of executive compensation? The paper uses the compensation model of CaPERS. Executive compensation and financial performance are determined on a relative basis compared to an industry peer group within the S&P 1500 stock index. Each corporation is assigned a peer group of similar public companies operating in the same industry or sector based on GICS (Global Industry Classification System) codes. Then, we scor each CEO's compensation to reach the result.By this way, we can contrubite to the research of fair pay of executive compensation.
