The purpose of enterprise operation is realize the enterprise overall efficiency to be most superior.With the scorching market competition, the enterprise of highway traffic and transportation want to achieves the purpose, it is very important to carry on a performance measurement on it. The Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) is the method that establishment above the comparatively efficiency evaluate principle, it can solve the problem which provided with more ingredient in input and output. The thesis in the introduction enterprise operation and in the DEA correlation theory foundation, has discussed the DEA in the performance measurement of highway traffic and transportation enterprise application.Firstly, in this thesis, the author in the profound understandin the index of design principle and select method research foundation. according to the different main body,hiberarchy and gradation, the thesis revolved to four aspects of performance measurement, including operation, service, finance and enterprise development, then established the performance measurement index system and quantify the index system. Secondly, we put the theory and method of DEA to apply performance measurement on the enterprise of highway traffic and transportation in this thesis. Therefore, we have solved three related issues. The fist issue is how to establish the index system about the input and output. By analyzing eigenvalue of the performance index and using interior consistency analysis, we can solve the problem about how to compartmentalize the input and output. The second issue is choose the suitable model of DEA. The traditional model of DEA only deal with the equipoise ingredient. In this thesis,we add non-equipoise ingredient on conventional model of GDEA, then optimize the new model,by which we can estimate the system.The third issue is how to ling up the performance system and the new model. For solving this problem, we make use of the math method—standard index conversion and principal components and factor analysis to solve the comparison between different indexes, then using grey relation entropy analysis method to make certain valueable of each equipoise ingredient, and utilize validity analysis to solve the compositor question. In the last, the thesis confirmed this method validity through the examples. |
