| The entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises as a special kind of human capital have played a pivotal role in the success or failure of the business, therefore the issue bound by the incentive and constraint of entrepreneurs has been the core issue of enterprise development. Incentive reputation as a new kind of incentive method is to ensure that honest implementation of the basis for the contract. With the separation of the modern enterprise ownership and control, the difference between the interests and goals for the entrepreneurs and business owners has become the entrepreneurs and business owners' common concern focus. Determination the reasonable reputation of the entrepreneurs of the evaluation system has become the core content for establishing the effective incentive mechanism. However, the reputation of the entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises in China evaluation system is not perfect; this state-owned enterprises need to aim at the reputation issue for entrepreneurs, correctly analyze the influencing factors of the entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises,and design the effectively reputation evaluation system about state-owned enterprises entrepreneurs according to the result of the measurement of the reputation evaluaton questionnaires.Papers based on the theory of entrepreneurs reputation,Firstly deeply analysis the influence of the reputation of entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises from their profile, personal qualities, maralo and social influence aspects, meanwhile proposed the the theoretical model of the reputation evaluation; Secondly, through the survey, access to of the relevant data , and conducted exploratory factor analysis for the results of the questionnaire, formulated on the basis of a scientific and rational evaluation index from the original target, forming formal questionnaire; Tirdly, based on the correlation principal of Structure Equation Model , this paper design the evaluation measurement model for entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises reputation, using statistical analysis software AMOS7.0 to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis to ensure the effectiveness of the reputation evaluation system index. Finally, on the basis of the above research,design the reputation evaluation system of the entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises, and set weight for each indicator at all levels through the AHP method, and set up reputation evaluation criteria in order to evaluate the implementation of the specific system for specific applications. Paper on the reputation of the entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises will evaluate the theoretical value and practical significance, and the entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises at the same time, the reputation of the evaluation system willdevelop with the corresponding reference value. |
