Credit rationing is a classic topic of the financing theory with a information asymmetry setting. The research about credit gap, controlled clause, mortgage and Relationship lending ,not only has a great significance to the countermeasure of China SMEs financing based on indirect financing but also be the same with Gansu province. As Gansu province, the research of the SMEs problems was always short of valid data supporting. This paper based on the statistic result of"The investigation of credit and financing of SMEs in Gansu province", with correlative credit rationing theory, focuses on the theoretical and empirical analysis and makes a deep study on the main factors caused influence to the acquirement of loan about SMEs in Gansu province. Also we can give some directive policy suggestions. This thesis is composed of eight parts as follows:This paper firstly introduces the research setting and the significance of this thesis.In the second part, the thesis reviews the literature and the representative research of credit rationing Of SMEs results home and abroad .Part three briefly defines the theory of standards for SMEs and analyzes the basic status Of SMEs in Gansu province.In Part four, this paper analyzes present situation of the SMEs financing and lists some major problems, such as, singleness of financing channel, over-high finance cost, etc.Part Five and six, based on some relative theory of Credit rationing, this article analyses the credit gap, controlled clause and the effect of Relationship lending about SMEs in Gansu province.In Part seven, based on SMEs loan acquirement and relative data, this paper analyses and arranges the major factors of influencing company loan acquirement by develop a general analytical framework of the relativity and synthesis. Also we enumerate the problems for further study.The last part of this paper makes some policy suggestions based on the analysis hereinabove.
