| At present, the states quo of enterprise accounts receivable risk management in our country is not optimistic. Enterprise risk awareness is weak, amount of accounts receivable is large, which have seriously affected the enterprises healthy development, so it is becoming very necessary that strengthen enterprises accounts receivable risk management.Accounts receivable risks and marketing are closely related, accounts receivable risks are generated in the process of marketing, thus, strengthen the marketing process management is very important to prevent and control the accounts receivable risks.In this paper, on the bases of the current status about marketing and accounts receivable management, I want to advance the methods of decompounding process and key controlling them, start from marketing and segments marketing process, strengthen the accounts receivable risks management to the various segments in the marketing. Only in this, can be effectively control the risks of accounts receivable, they have important practical application and practical significance to effectively control enterprises accounts receivable risks. |
