Along with the social progress and development,Electric Power customers'individual demands is increasing conspicuously.So,how to conduct the power market segmentation effectively; find out the different needs of different customers,establish the personalized marketing strategy for the various groups of power customers,is the first issue of the power supply companies.Power personalized marketing is not only an objective requirement of the power market development,but also is an important means to improve the quality of the power customer's service.Therefore,study the power personalized marketing based on the power market segmentation not only has the academic value,but also has theoretical significance.This paper summarized all relevant theory,concepts and features of the market segmentation,which is the base of the personalized marketing;then analyzed the current situation of the ShunYi power market and its several current segmentations.After then,it combined with the actual case of ShunYi power supply company peace project to carry on the ShunYi power segment market priority-degree evaluation based on the matter-element theory,with its results,the paper at last try to bring about some effective proposals to improve the ShunYi power supply company's power personalized marketing.
