The pricing mechanism of Interruptible Load Management(ILM) is the hot point in recent years. In order to improve the disadvantages of ILM in nation, this paper design an iterative bid ILM pricing mechanism. Based on the participants, trading mechanism and price balance of the pricing mechanism, the principle of the ILM balance plan is combined, and the uncertainty of reserve units and users default are also calculated and analyzed. In the analysis, Fuzzy Extended Analytic Hierarchy Process(FEAHP) and fuzzy probability are used in order to quantity the uncertainty. With the result, the users price strategy are analysis, the fuzzy Bayesian learning model is presented to improve the user's ability of controlling dynamic information. In the end of paper, the feasibility of the pricing mechanism is proved by example. |
