Research About Available Cost Management Information System Of Electric Power Company

Enterprise information characterized by computer networking application is an inevitable trend of the enterprises development. The accounting informationization in our country is ongoing a rapid developing. Combining with power company's own characteristics, developing a controllable cost management information system is becoming the only way. Therefore, it has become a hard but urgent task to manage the process of developing the system. This paper discussed the target setting, management difficulties of developing controllable cost management information system by Power Company. Through the controlling of the developing process, the testing of acceptance as well as managing to the implementation process, the controlled cost management information system of power company has greatly enhanced the management level of enterprises and strengthen the control of day-to-day cost.
