Study On The Relationship Between Outsourcing Intension And Firm Performance Of Zhejiang Company

In recent years, as the emphasizing of outsourcing service becomes sharper, the development of research in it was growing at striking speed. Outsourcing service has already been an important research field rising swiftly in management recently.Outsourcing is like a two-edged sword, Not only bring profits to the firm, but also bring about various aspects of risk. In reality there are a lot of examples of success and failures. This paper explores that how outsourcing intensity effects the firm performance, especially the factors which influence each other? Through theory deduction and demonstration, this paper obtain a new model of the relationship among the outsourcing intensity,intermediate variables and firm performance. Thus the conclusions provide theoretical guidance to the outsourcing enterprises. The enterprises should seize the intensity of resources outsourcing and avoid putting outsourcing into practice blindly.Through theory deduction and demonstration, the author prove that the outsourcing intensity has positive relationship with financial performance,innovation performance,operation performance. When add the four intermediate variables of core competence,enterprise flexibility,cost control,QoP&QoS, the relationship between outsourcing intensity and firm performance still exists, but weakened.Finally, according to the fact, this thesis provides developing direction for outsourcing service of Zhejiang company and some suggestions for enterprises.
