Study On Definition And Appraisal Method Of Eco-Countryside

As the focus of the world, sustainable development has already become the basic strategy of our country. The construction of ecological industry is the emphases of our country's construction, and ecological agricultural is the basic of the whole ecological industry, so eco-countryside, as the practical carrier of ecological industry, seems more important. Nevertheless, there is a lack of eco-countryside appraisal indicators system which is operable and accordant with the statistical index of our country at present, resulting in that many countryside only have the title of "eco-countryside" without factual content, it has negative influence on the development of eco-countryside of our country.In this dissertation, based on the production before and the analysis of the difference between eco-countryside and ecological agricultural, the qualitative standard of eco-countryside is proposed, and based on the sustainable development theory, principles of ecological economics and compound ecosystem, the ideal state of country sustainable development-eco-countryside is proposed. The eco-countryside is a complex ecosystem comprising three major subsystems of nature, economy and society; Taking the analysis of the production about eco-countryside appraisal indicators system before as reference, this paper formulates a system composing three major subsystems of economy, society , resource and environment, choosing 29 indicators. Principal component regression method is used in this thesis for the comprehensive appraisal; A case study is carried out at Zhuozhou suburb. Based on the analysis of rural natural resources and social-economic status, the eco-countryside appraisal indicators system formulated was used to assess the eco-countryside of Zhuozhou, finally, the main problems in the development of Zhuozhou eco-countryside were analyzed, and the corresponding strategies were put forward.Through theoretical and practical certification, it is validated that the eco-countryside appraisal indicators system can make the construction of eco-countryside more operable and measurable, and it will be of great realistic guiding significances to the development of our countryside and the whole country.
