Research On Risk Management Of China's Futures Company

The modern financial companies concerns with competition should control their risk effectively. This article prompts to use the risk management theory to analyze the current problems of Chinese futures companies comprehensively and systematically from the three levels which are futures companies risk headspring, futures companies risk management problems and futures companies risk management concrete measures.The article is made up of four parts. The main comments are as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the futures companies risk management.The second chapter analyses the main conditions about Chinese futures company risk management. First, the article analyzes the recent situation of Chinese futures company risk management. Then, in view of the recent situation of Chinese futures company risk management, this chapter has analyzed the problems exciting in Chinese futures company risk management.The third chapter depth analyzes the risk source and risk characteristics of Chinese futures companies. First, this chapter has traced the future company risk source. Second, this chapter analyzes its own origin which produces futures company risk. Finally, this chapter has evaluated Chinese futures Company's unique risk.According to the analysis of the two chapters before, against the problems existing in Chinese futures companies, the fourth chapter proposes some suggestions about strengthening risk management of futures companies.By the analysis on the situation of Chinese futures companies risk management, this essay finds that there are so many problems about risk management in most of Chinese futures companies. For example, most of the Chinese futures companies don't have perfect risk management system, their internal control system are invalid, and they are lack of quantitative model of risk management for judging the main risks. Against Chinese futures companies and supervisory department's problems which exist in risk management, this essay offers some advice that Chinese futures company should perfect corporate governance and internal management system, Chinese futures company should research and use risk measure management method for modern financial market which put stress on VaR to judge the market risk effectively.
