The cultural differences is the challenge that the transnational manager will certainly face with and solve, although the culture can be learnt, but the cultural differences between Chinese and foreign will not vanish for substandard with education, the language the direct-viewing thing. Individualism - Collectivism is an extremely important dimension in the culture comparison, especially in Eastern and Western cultures. It provides the researchers with a foundation and framework to find out specific cultural differences. It can be said that many differences are derived from the individual - collective difference. Cultural differences are not necessarily negative. In business management, cultural diversity can bring more variety of business management styles, richer management thinking to make the enterprise be full of vitality.
