After the continuous distributing and reorganizing of the Chinese telecommunication market in the past several years, The China Mobile Communication Group has become the most powerful operator which has the highest brand value and owns the largest market in China. With the fast increasing of the global mobile communication market and the ever changing of its technology, the China Mobile quicken its step, on the one hand, it broadens the range of its market, promotes its key brand value, on the other hand, it tries its best to improve the service lever and quality, strengthens its key marketing abilities, thus , the research on the marketing lever for China Mobile has become more and more important.With the context that China Mobile carries on the important influences and advantageous status in Chinese telecommunication market, this text tries to analyze the price competition in the present telecommunication market with the relevant theories on service marketing, industry analysis etc., it also gives reasons to the problems that still remain in the Marketing Strategy of China Mobile, and explicates its necessity to build a new Marketing system by CM. At length, This paper particulates several key respects such as service quality, client satisfaction and loyalty, as well as trivializing management level and puts forward the corresponding suggestion, which is strongly realistic and instructive to construct China' telecommunication service marketing system. Though this analyze, we like to see that it can give a lot realistic significance to the formation of service marketing tragedies systems.
