Modern enterprises are in the ever-changing, global, the need for technical operating environment, the technical staff training for enterprise survival and sustainable development plays an important role. A growing number of enterprises have begun to recognize the importance of training technical staff, technical staff training as an essential enterprise human capital investment.In this paper the development of Dagang Oilfield Group and technical staff training start with the status quo, explained in the context of globalization and open market competition, Dagang Oilfield Group development on various aspects of the urgent need of talent, especially the needs of professional and technical personnel, the company production technology in low labor costs, have indicated that the shortage of technical personnel to the development of the company has restricted the role. Thereby proving effective technical staff training, establishment of a system to enhance the group technical staff knowledge, skills enhancement of the quality of technical innovation, and enterprise production technology content is essential.Group training on the situation briefly, the analysis of the company's technical staff training drawbacks and shortcomings of the existing training system for the analysis of major issues, found cause of the defects and deficiencies in the training system is not perfect, which indicates that the new technical personnel training, establishment of a system is very necessary.According to the long-term development of the company's technical staff needs to absorb and draw on the training of successful enterprises at home and abroad architecture model, the company from training institutions, training needs analysis, training and the implementation of the key areas to assess the effectiveness of training, the establishment of ideas the Corporation for the development of their own conditions and the training of the new system.
