A Study The Gradation Of Inspiriting The Excellent Staff

With the developing of socialistic market economy of china, the competitions among enterprises are becoming sharper. Developing the excellent staff is the key to the enterprises, and the methods of inspiriting the staff are the most important. How to inspirit the excellent staff is the hot potato of the owners of enterprises, and is also the important channel of enhancing the enterprises' competition.This article will study the gradation theory of inspiriting the excellent staff, and raise the frame of this theory of how to inspiriting the excellent staff, and I will study it deeply throughout the cases. This article concludes four chapters. The first chapter will raise the problem ; the second one will analyze this gradation theory at the base of reviewing internal and external principles and practices , and raise the concept of the gradating theory , analyze its quality, structure, pattern and conduction methods, and point out three gradations of this theory: system inspiriting, administration inspiriting and conformity inspiriting; multiple channels inspiriting pattern, successive inspiriting composite pattern and double conduction methods of entity gradation and soul gradation , also analyze the range, features, requires of the excellent stuff of the enterprises, and the theory 's function of developing excellent stuff ; the third one studies how to design and use the inspiriting theory . It raises the designation principles how to construct this theory about developing excellent stuff. It puts forward super, junior, elementary designing pattern, outside and inside gradations: entity gradation and soul gradation, and also puts forward how to realize the methods of this theory from the three followings: money multiple inspiriting; how to develop professional pathways; depicting the futures and realizing values. The fourth one studies deeply how to use this theory in practice linking to cases. At the base of investigating enterprises widely and throughout using standard analysis, comparison analysis and cases analysis methods and so on, this article makes a conclusion:We need design the inspiriting to the excellent stuff of enterprises according to their requires, and this design must have gradations; we should handle wonderfully the relations between material inspiriting and soul inspiriting, and inspirit them from every respect; with inspiriting the individuals , we need inspirit the whole ; we need combine designing the theory with development strategies.This research is important to enrich and improve the inspiriting theory of enterprises, make excellent stuff work hardly for enterprises, strengthen the ability of enterprises' competition.
