As the reforms been taken all-round and deeply, our country banking sets the right track that trend begin health develops, and resolve the problems existing in itself step by step by reforms.But on account of the inherent vulnerability of banking,the restraint of entire economy finance environment, the step by step of process improvement in banking system and the history of formation problem inertia ,there are still many problems to solve in the developing banking. It is still confronted with some difficulty and challenge, Such as how to keep away and resolve banking risk and crisis, how to build-up bank company govern structure and internal mechanism, how to transform the manage mechanism and rise core competition, how to promote capital adequacy ratio continuely for rise and how to promote ability to innovate of banking and so on. Judging from the content, banking inspection is included the organization of banking and their business, mainly included the market access , daily management control mainly , retreat from market and so on.Judging from connotation, banking inspection efficiency is included in three facts:the first being to inspection efficiency of the inspecting organization, the second being to the inspection efficiency of the inspected organization ,the third being to the efficiency inspection of the outside environment. Among them , three are two indices of calculated and not calculated. The not calculated part is included the health of the environment in the macro-economy finance works, the inspection efficiency of the inspecting organization and the inspected organization; The calculated part is included the margin of avails and cost by inspected organization and inspecting organization, and the improvement of various inspecting indexs. for example rising of the capital adequacy ratio, reducing of the badness provide a loan ratio.In present, our country banking inspection still exists low efficiency's problems, for as the rigidity of inspection system, the ability of the inspection people, the means and technology of supervision the controlled by themselve of banking organization, the short of marketplace outside supervision , a not perfecting legal system and so on. The success of banking inspection efficiency from the developed country, which gives us the following enlightenment: innovating the inspection system , building perfect legal system , harmoning the target between stability and efficiency, cultivating the ability of the supervision persons, improving the measures of supervision,building the deposit insurance system,enhancing the supervision from the outside and so on.For the demonstration analysis by macrocosmic and microcosmic view,I make sure it must take the following measures to improve our country banking supervision efficiency. Including mainly:buliding the integration supervision pattern, giving the independent to inspection organization, building the high-effect inspection harmonizing system , reducing the cost, reinforcing the disclosure of banking information , cultivating the ability of the supervision persons, enhancing the self-discipline system between organization internally, establishing the reasonal policy from the macrocosmic environment, enhancing the supervision from the outside and so on.
