Abstract/Summary:
This article makes use of the modern theory of the strategic management and the method of systematic analysis, with the actual conditions of JK company, systematically researchs the present conditions and the development about this enterprise. This article introduce the development conditions of JK, and enough demonstrated the development conditions of fertilizer industrial in China. This article has systematically analysized the JK would face with the external environment, even analysized the ability of the competitor and the company present strategy. Nevertheless, these also analysize the internal environmnt of JK such as the advantage of product structure, quality, the predominance of the positioning and management, highly supports from the local government, also take into account the rich resource and the advanced technics. With the use of the theory like market positioning, market subdivision, the article gives the analysis on JK company present and future competition strategy. It comes into being core strategy for JK company by matching and judging the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats factors. Meanwhile, it takes the advantage of SWOT matrix to finally define the competition strategy for JK company should be focus on specifical target market and its individual function differenciation. And integrated the actual situation of JK company, gives the marketing strategy as focus on difference which is difference on product, difference on the service and difference on the distribution channel as well as the difference on the targeted customers.
