Analysis The Warp Level Of Urbanization And Industry Development And Investigating Countermeasure

The paper guides by analyzing the relationship between urbanization and non-agricultural industry:secondary industry and tertiary-industry,constructed a model which can measure the gap between urbanization and industry development.According as this model,author estimated whether urbanization excess development or lag,analyzed the reason of urbanization excess development or lag.According to analysis author advance the answer is industry cultivating.Finally author analyzed the situation of urbanization and industry of ChongZuo city in GuangXi province as demonstration and advance how to solve the problem of gap between urbanization and industry development. Conclusions of the paper as follows:(1)There is strong relationship between urbanization and industry development and they had promoted one another.Urbanization based on industry development and urbanization is the outcome when industry development had achieved at some degree.(2)Chinese urbanization rate had achieved at 43.9%,it means china has come into a period of urbanization development very fast,but at the same time, some Chinese cities had the problem of gap between urbanization and industry development.(3)According to factor analysis,constructed a model which can measure the gap between urbanization and industry development,counting the score of urbanization and industry development about Chinese 32 cities,the level of gap between 1.41879 and 1.99255 is reasonable range,the score under 1.41879 means urbanization lag,the score over 1.99255 means urbanization overage. (4)According to the model,analyzed the situation of urbanization and industry of ChongZuo city in GuangXi province as demonstration,the score of gap is 1.47519,it means the level of urbanization and industry development is reasonable in ChongZuo city.but the level of urbanization and industry development is low,so In order to break through the trap of this low level development statement,author advanced that it should strengthen the basic industry development enhance the dominant industries such as sugar and manganese industry,Moreover,using the advantage of ChongZuo city,should develop the tertiary-industry such as trade,conveyance,tour industry and so on. The government the key of industry cultivating it should understand the relationship between urbanization and industry development,confirm its responsibility,solve the problem of industry cultivating favorably.
