Study On Foreign Direct Investment Effect On Economic Growth In Inner Mongolia

When the reform and open policy has been implemented since 1979, the foreign capital use has the important attribution to support the Chinese economy development. The foreign direct investment (FDI) becomes the fundamental mode of the foreign capital use. Many researchers pay great attention to impact on FDI for the Chinese economy gradually. So far, many researchers have discussed the impact on FDI for whole country or developed provinces, but the study of impact on FDI for Inner Mongolia is small. The economy of Inner Mongolia has diffrent with the developed provinces. If depends on the domestic capital only, it is very difficult to follow the economic growth without doubt in the short-term.The study of the relation between FDI in Inner Mongolia and the Inner Mongolia's economy, and the profession development to the Inner Mongolia industry and impact on the area in the capital formation influence will growth the Inner Mongolia economy growth and have the extremely important theatricals and the practical significance. This article gets some findings: The economical growth and the foreign direct investment have the remarkable relevance. The development of FDI is advantageous in the economy growth in Inner Mongolia and impels the economic structure in Inner Mongolian to balanced development.
