The Building A New Socialist Countryside Section of the newly enacted 11th Five-Year Plan, clearly states that it is necessary to improve the Countryside Circulation System, and push forward the upgrading of wholesale markets for farm produce, which was also re-emphasized by the No.1 Document of our government in the past year regarding"Some views on Building A New Socialist Countryside". In this connection, the writer is of the following opinions: an approach, the most effective one, should be considered out of the Circulation of Agricultural Products to further construct & improve the foresaid Circulation of Agricultural Products. Whilst, the market mechanism principle shall be applied to innovate the Organizational form & Terminal Circulation Model of the said Circulation of Agricultural Products, in order to better promote the circulation of agricultural products, resolve the contradiction between the small-scale production and big market and ensure the persistent growth of farmers'income.This paper, beginning with the introduction of the origin & development of Agricultural Products'Circulation System, discussed the necessity & feasibility in the innovation of the same. Besides, this paper also made a carefully analysis on the innovation in Organization & Terminal Circulation of the said Circulation.The innovation in the Agricultural Products'Circulation System is embodied in not only its overall framework but also its practical and concrete aspect as to improve farmers'income level & residences'consumption quality.
