The Analysis Of The Influence Of The Foreign Strategic Investor On The Domestic Listed Companies

The subject of this paper is on analysis of the influence of the foreign strategic investor on the domestic listed companies. Starts from the 90's intermediate stages beyond the border, the number of the domestic listed companies introducing the foreign strategic investor's case was increasing day by day, especially in 2005 our banking industry's reform has raised the high tide which the introduction the foreign strategic investor goes on the domestic market. The foreign strategic investors which went on the domestic market have the important influence on the listed companies. This article absorbed the experience on operation of introducing the foreign strategic investors in other countries, then analyzed the influence of the foreign strategic investor on the domestic listed companies and the existence problems of our country by the theoretic and statistical ways, and finally gave some available proposals to the introducing of the foreign strategic investors by the listed companies in our country.
