As economical times of experience draw near and the trend of current marketing consume changes, consumers put forward higher demand for food and drink products, i.e. more varied ones. As one important part of increasingly developing tourism, eating and drinking industry just appeals to the characteristics of developing eating and drinking experience owing to its own rich contents. Therefore, this paper to the background of economic development experience from the "experience" of this unique perspective on today's restaurant industry product development, product catering to the design of this new experience of the subject.Food product design experience is a different enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage will be experience catering enterprises of various factors (such as tangible products, the consumption environment, and service system, etc.) in the consumer-oriented trend that eventually turned into a unique Materialization of the economy and the activation process, so as to achieve a win-win business and consumer purposes, thereby making strategic choice. This essay points out that eating and drinking products experiencing is one of the future tendencies. It also puts forward the concept, principles, the main contents and the basic procedures of the experienced designs of the eating and drinking products. It probes the application of experienced economy and marketing theories in the management of eating and drinking, aiming at combining experienced economy as well as its related theories with the development of eating and drinking industry so as to offer more practical theoretical direction for the creation of eating and drinking products, develop this industry more scientifically and efficiently and in turn improve the entire standard of this industry.According to ask questions, analyze problems and solutions to those problems and build the contents of a paper system. The essay is made up of six parts:Part one generally explains the background, significance, researching methods and the related research in and abroad in the choice of this theme,And analysis and summary of the research at home and abroad, on the basis of experience of the catering product design concepts defined.Part two analyses the developing condition, present problem in the eating and drinking industry. It points out that eating and drinking products experiencing is one of the future tendencies by combining the relationship between the contents of the products and the eating and drinking products.Part three puts forward the principles and types of the experienced design of the products using example in the management of this industry. It also analyses the methods of experienced design of the products in three spheres defined in this essay--- products that can be seen, consuming environment and service system.Part four argues for the marketing analyses, the definition of the theme, experiencing marketing and the basic procedure of the experiencing design to the supervise of the quality of the products, putting forward the directions of strengthening designing effects. Part five analyses all the basic work of offering eating and drinking experienced products, such as, organization structure, regulations, labor resources, cost control and the safety management of products.Part six summarizes the essay and puts forward some problems that are expected to do search on.
