A Study On The Same Surname Marriage Custom Of Chuan Shang People In The Northern Of Guangxi

With the rise of Hakkaology,the filed inspection and case study are gradually concerned by scholars.Wong Hakka around Lijiang River as one of Hakka ethnic groups on the water has lived for hundreds of years and formed their special culture,for example their economic ways of regarding the boats as their homes and working on fishing,their eating habbits of liking pickled vegetables,their belief of Matsu,their wedding customs between the same surnames and so on.However,beacause of the history,location and so on,nowadays there is little research on this ethnic group,it is far less concerned about it on the academy.Otherwise,because there are few wedding customs between the same surnames among Han and Minority. Especially for the Hakka people who abide by the traditional ethics,it is much rarer.So,this paper is on the case of the same surnames wedding customs of Wong Hakka around Lijiang River,I wanna find out the further reasons hiding behind this phenomenon,find out the reasons of the varation of Hakka culture and supply the useful complementarity for the research on Hakka and the Hakka culture.At the same time,comparing with other places,I'll seek the internal principles and rules of the same surnames wedding customs.In this paper I mainly select the base areas of the pepole on board around Lijiang River such as Mao Village,Yangsuo,Pingle,Zizhou in Guiling as the survey points and conduct a in-depth study.On the base of using the integrated ways of emic and etic,observation and participating obseration,handing out questionnaire and so on to collect materials,this paper describe the historial track of the pepole on board migrating into Guiling and developing to growth and their unique life culture,focus on describing the same surnames wedding customs of the pepole on board----Marriage ring and marriage rituals,besides Yuemei before the wedding,offering presents,sending trousseau,suggestion of a date for wedding etc;welcoming the bride,the wedding songs,the weddings,the rituals of returning the bride's home after the wedding and so on.Whileas,on the base of reading the related materials in the literature,based on the Analysis of Sociology,use a series of theories and ideas like the particularism of history,the theory of function,the cultural relativism,personality decided by culture,statues and characters and so on to analyse the reasons of the same surnames wedding customs of the people on board.Marriage is the Barometer of the society,the marriage between the same surnames its appearance,development and changes in different times are working together by all aspects of economy,politics,culture and so on,among them liberal political circumstance gives it a platform,the living ways of regarding water as their life and working on fishing are not only their economic way but also the incentive of the internal marriage,the affinity of blood relationship is the direct factor,and the housing sharing management, the diluting of Clan concept,the organization activities of the ethnic group,the political rights and so on all give it facilitates.Furthermore,using the comparison way to compare with other places,seek the internal principles and variable rules of the same surnames wedding customs,that is,the marriage between the same surnames origins from the survival needs of humans,and meanwhile takes reasonable explainations and variable rules to make it rationalization.
