Research On The Enterprise Financial Crisis And Early-warning System

Enterprise financial crisis will lead to the emergence of enterprise bankruptcy, when the enterprise lack of funds and credit collapse or unable to take effective measures to remedy the situation. So, the enterprise must first consider the question of how to prevent the emergence of enterprise financial crisis, and take effective measures to resolve the potential financial crisis, in order to survive and develop.Based on the massive collection of domestic and international literature materials about the research of financial crisis early-warning, this paper unifies the present situation of our country business finance crisis, conducts the research in view of the question on business finance crisis and the early warning. It has certain theory significance and the practical significance to the business finance crisis's guard and processing.This paper is based on the theory of economics, management, accounting, financial, it uses the method on the integration of standardized analysis and empirical analysis, and also uses the method on the combining of theory and practice. On the basis of explaining the relevant theories of financial crisis, it has more in-depth discussions on the methods and improvement of financial crisis early warning, and then put forwards suggestions that have a certain value on the prevention of enterprise financial crisis. At last, this paper regards the case of Delong as the analysis of real example, then uses the combining method of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The analysis verified the priori and validity of the financial crisis and early-warning system, in the hope of guiding the operation of the real work.
