Study On Bow And Arrow In Mongolian Folk-Custom

The thesis consists of six parts. They are namely introduction , research on bow and arrow's historical source , bow and arrows in Mongolian folk—custom , symbolization of bow and arrow , conclusion and bibliography.In introduction , mainly elaborated the general study condition of bow and arrow , and illustrated the goals of selected topic and survey methods.In first chapter , elaborated that the bow and arrow originated from requirement of primitive society human hunting life , its using area is enlarged gradually with social productivity development , bow and arrow is not only satisfied the material requirement of people but also enriched the recreational conception of the people .The second chapter , through the elaboration of its proprieties custom's diversity and uniqueness , the author believe that bow and arrow is not only main tool of human but it is a kind of cultural carrier as well . It revealed Mongolian ethnic group's custom of worshipping bow and arrow .In third chapter , from the naturally systematized cultural phenomenon of bow and arrow in Mongolian folk-custom's view, studied the deep symbolization of strength and ascendance which are symbolized by bow and arrow .
