The Analysis Of Mongolian Custom Of Family Property Inheritance

This thesis is made up of six parts such as: preface,the socialconditions of the producing of Mongolian property,Mongolian family property,the custom of inheritance of property,conclusion and bibliography.In preface, it contained research survey,choosing purpose of the topics andresearch methods.First chapter: the social conditions of the producing of Mongolian property. Inthe first part, it elaborated on the socio-economic foundation of the producing ofMongolian property mainly from the aspects that hunting and nomadiceconomy. In the second part, it mainly elaborated on the condition of Mongoliansocial organization based on the study of the forms of social organizationand Mongolian social system.Second chapter: Mongolian family property. The study lied in theMongolian family and its property. In the first part, it mainly analyzed thefamily and its forms in Mongolian society. In the second part, it mainlyanalyzed the Mongolian property and Mongolian family property.Third chapter: Mongolian custom of inheritance of property. It wasresearched by analyzing the traditions of inheritance and granting of propertyand the functions of Mongolian custom of inheritance of property. It wasanalyzed from five aspects such as the inheritance of property of the eldestson,the youngest son,widow,adopted son,daughter and son-in-law.The analysis of granting of property based on the reason and standard ofgranting of property. The functions of Mongolian custom of inheritance ofproperty appear in the ones of regulating the family(?) s relation andsafeguarding social order.In this thesis, the social conditions of the producing of Mongolian propertyand Mongolian family property,custom of inheritance of property wereanalyzed by utilizing the historical research and inductive-analyzing methods.This thesis illustrated the affect of Mongolian custom of inheritance of propertyon Mongolian and its culture.
