First of all, it studied the investment of the housing and land market, house completion and new operation, housing vacancy rate and demand with quota method. Base on this, proposed in the Baoding real estate market developing process.Chapter four is Baoding land and house price reciprocity empirical analysis. In which sold the land and the real estate bargain price take Baoding near four years as the essential data, and used ADF examination and so on a series of econometrics method, studied the relationship between the house and land price.Chapter five is analysis the factors about house and land price. In which divided the factor into objective and subjective factor to analysis the infections on the house and land price in advance in Baoding city.Chapter six is the proposals about how adjust and control to the house price. The study is base on the Granger examine result and the mainly infections, and gave the advise on the land and real estate market.Conclusion and prospect. In which aspect summarized the study achievement and the mainly viewpoint.
