This mode Circular Economy, the model of economic development, utilizing resources and protecting the environment to the maximum extent, is the best way of our time to solve containable development problem, it is also the requirement of our country economy develop into certain objective of stage. Strongly developing circulation economy is a more cost-effective manner to solve the serious problem of environmental pollution day by day of our country, realize the style of economic increase changes and promote a pharmaceutical good recipe of economic sustainable development from"extensive"to"intensive", it is the important way that fulfill the scientific concept of development and construct the resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
