Research On The Coordinating Urban And Rural Developmental Path In Poverty Stricken Mountainous Area

The problem of poverty and the prominent urban-rural structure existing in poverty-stricken mountainous area has become the primary factor which impede the overall coordinated development of social economy. Therefore, in the process of accelerated development of society, we must take effective measures to eliminate poverty in the poverty-stricken mountainous area at the same time, to achieve coordinated urban and rural development and step out of the dual structure. Poverty-stricken mountainous area is an important component of the national economy, whose rapid and good development is of great strategic significance to the whole economic-social development of our country and the overall establishment of a well-off society.Wulong County in Chongqing is a typical poor mountainous area. In order to achieve its coordinated development of urban and rural areas, we should seize the opportunity that Chongqing has become the coordinating urban and rural development integrated support reform pilot area, meet the needs of economic development under new situation and establish a new idea of development and measure. The coordination of urban and rural development can use its exploration and research on the poor mountainous area for reference. The forth part concretely analyses the urban and rural developmental situations right now, as well as the main problems existing and major conditions in coordinating urban and rural development, while taking Wulong County as an example.The fifth part clarifies the basic path of coordinating urban and rural development in Wulong, and proposes the main countermeasures of the development.
