Urbanization Research Of Zhang Qiu City

Accelerating the course of urbanization is both great strategy defined by the CentralCommittee of the Communist Party of china and vital act of our society ushering in a fairly comfortable life for the people in a comprehensive manner. How to quickly carry out strategyof urbanization,further raise urbanization level and promote harmonious development of economy and society in urban and rural is a important problem. In order to realize the goal that urbanization greatly develop in Zhangqiu and construct it become big city, something must be done such as strengthening motive power and pulling force of urbanization, increasing employment and constructing interconnected urban system. Firstly, taking Zhangqiu city as a case, starting with basic theory of urbanization, the author clearly defines intension of urbanization and calculating method of urbanization level and comprehensively judges current level of urbanization of Zhangqiu. Then the author analyzes historical process and current problem. Secondly, guided by theory research and on-the-spot investigation, on the base of analyzing regional situation, the author systematically analyzes motive mechanisms of urbanization of Zhangqiu. In addition, the author points out the strategy model and countermeasure of urbanization of Zhangqiu.This paper studies the status ,the problem, the conditions for development and countermeasures of the development of urbanization in Zhangqiu City. Not only dose it has important significance to the economic development and social progress for Zhangqiu ,but also it has great theoretical significance to the study of urbanization issues. It helps enrich and develop urbanization theory, in particular to the theory how to the urbanization promote the industrialization in the suburbs of big cities. Introduction, This paper briefly introduces the purpose, the significance of research at home and abroad as well as dynamic .Chapter 1 The theory foundation and practice of the development of the urbanization.Chapter 2 It mainly introduces the City Evolution Theory, Core - Edge Theory, Centre Theory, Points - axis System Theory, Satellite and Metro theory and sp on.Chapter 3 Analysis of the status quo of the development of the urbanization in Zhangqiu City. It mainly writes the overview of the Zhangqiu City, as well as the status characteristics of the development of urbanization and problems.Chapter 4 The advantages of the development of urbanization in Zhangqiu city. It mainly talked about the good opportunities for the development of the Zhangqiu city as well as the advantages of regional resource endowments.Chapter 5 The study of the development strategy of urbanization in Zhangqiu City . This is the core of the paper.It mainly talks about the dynamic mechanism of the development of urbanization in Zhangqiu City.
